Refund & Return Policy

Pingxiang Husheng Rubber Products Co.,Ltd Applicable to all industrial belts: V-Belts, Timing Belts, Poly V Belts All products are manufactured according to relevant ISO standards per customer specifications.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production starts.
• Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled since all belts are made to your required size, material and specifications.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following orders are NOT eligible for return, exchange or refund​ unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists:

• Custom-made industrial belts produced to customer specifications
• Belts cut to length, molded or modified per order requirements
• Orders shipped internationally

3. Quality Defect Claims

If you receive products with manufacturing defects:

• Contact us within 14 days​ of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the defect.
• We will review your claim and provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:
  ✅ Free replacement
  ✅ Partial refund
  ✅ Full refund
• Defective items do not need to be returned unless we specifically request them. For international shipments, we may approve local scrap with photo evidence to avoid expensive return shipping.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days​ to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Return Shipping

• For quality-related returns (if required): return shipping costs are covered by us.
• For non-quality returns: customers bear all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value returns. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

6. Sale / Promotional Items

Sale or discounted items follow the same policy as regular orders. Custom promotional belts are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Important Notes

• All products are manufactured according to relevant ISO standards. Size deviations within standard tolerance are not considered defects.
• Color variations between product photos and actual belts are normal and do not qualify as defects.
• This policy applies to all purchases from drive-belt.com.
